MEET ELIZABETH

Elizabeth Way is the founder and principal designer of Elway & Co Interior Design. She brings a distinctive combination of creativity, technical aptitude, spatial awareness, and practical problem-solving to every project.
Elizabeth began her studies at The University of Alabama as a biology major on the pre-med track. As she began to define the kind of career she wanted to build, she found herself drawn toward a discipline that could unite her logical and technical strengths with her creative instincts. After discovering the university’s interior design program, she knew she had found the right fit: a field that would allow her to solve complex problems, work with a wide range of people, and approach every project with fresh eyes.
She graduated from The University of Alabama’s CIDA-accredited interior design program with a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences in Interior Design and also graduated from the Honors College.
Elizabeth has a natural ability to understand how spaces function and how they can work better. She is especially skilled in space planning, organization, and developing thoughtful solutions to complex design challenges. Her goal is not simply to create spaces that look beautiful, but to design spaces that support the people who use them—spaces that can live, breathe, adapt, and evolve over time.
